The Pemberton Benchlands is a residential development with the first phase consisting of 54 single family lots located about 25 metres above the Village centre. It is the first development in Pemberton designed using Smart Growth and Sustainability Design Principles.
The subdivision incorporates significant land use elements including the walking trail network, community reserve and park. The walking trail network is designed to connect to the Village, the park and the existing community. The Benchlands lots are serviced with roads, drainage works, sanitary sewer, water distribution, shallow utilities and street lighting. Most lots have good views of the Pemberton Valley and surrounding mountains.
